What happens when an order is returned, are points lost?
If a reward item is returned, points spent on that item will not be refunded.
Are there minimum spends on redeeming rewards?
Yes, there are minimum spends when redeeming rewards on your order. The minimum spend is always £10 above the reward discount, i.e to redeem £5 of points your basket total must be more than £15.
Can reward point offers be combined with other discounts?
Reward points can be redeemed on orders including on generic discount items but can not be used in conjunction where another coupon code has been used (i.e gift with purchase promotions, welcome discounts, sitewide sales etc.).
Why is the programme ending?
We're refreshing how we reward our customers. Keep an eye out for new promotions and offers in the coming months.
Do I need to do anything?
No — you'll keep earning and can redeem as normal right up until the closing date.
What happens to my points?
You can redeem your points as normal until 2nd October 2026. After this date, any remaining points will expire and can no longer be used.
Is there a minimum balance to redeem?
Yes — 100 points. If you're below this, you can still earn more through purchases before 2nd October 2026. Balances that don't reach 100 points by then will expire along with the programme.
